Responsibilities
- Operate warehouse machinery including forklifts and pallet jacks to move inventory efficiently
- Perform inventory management tasks including cycle counts, audits, and reconciliation
- Ensure compliance with OSHA safety standards and maintain organized workspaces
- Process inbound/outbound shipments with accuracy and timeliness
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize warehouse operations
- Utilize warehouse management systems for real-time tracking and reporting
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; technical certification a plus
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Forklift certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy with WMS experience highly valued
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Valid Florida driver's license preferred
