Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) following OSHA safety protocols
- Perform inventory counts and maintain organized storage areas for optimal efficiency
- Inspect products for quality compliance and report discrepancies to supervisors
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Maintain a clean, safe work environment by adhering to 5S standards
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance warehouse operations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; warehouse experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain training upon hire
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory tracking systems
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in order fulfillment
- Flexibility to work occasional overtime and weekends during peak seasons
- Pass background check and drug screening as required by company policy
- Reliable transportation to our Columbus facility with on-site parking
