Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Inspect and sort incoming inventory for quality assurance and proper documentation
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) following OSHA safety protocols
- Maintain organized inventory counts and contribute to cycle count accuracy
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Adhere to all company safety policies and maintain clean workstations
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for operational efficiency
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred but not required
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with RF scanning technology
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain through company training
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, temperature-controlled environment
- Reliable transportation and consistent punctuality
