Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and stock incoming inventory using RF scanners
- Pick and pack orders according to daily fulfillment schedules
- Operate pallet jacks and forklifts (training provided)
- Maintain organized warehouse aisles and clean workstations
- Conduct cycle counts and assist with monthly inventory audits
- Collaborate with team to meet daily productivity targets
- Adhere to OSHA safety standards and company protocols
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly
- Stamina to stand/walk 8+ hours per shift
- Basic math and inventory counting skills
- Reliable transportation to Northeast DC facility
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to pass background check and drug screen
- Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required
