Responsibilities
- Efficiently sort, scan, and package inventory using RF scanners
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks in compliance with safety protocols
- Load/unload trucks and maintain organized storage zones
- Conduct quality checks and report discrepancies to supervisors
- Adhere to OSHA guidelines and maintain clean workspaces
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily targets
- Complete digital inventory tracking via warehouse management systems
Qualifications
- 1+ years warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory software
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Valid Florida driver's license (if operating vehicles)
- Background check and drug screen required
- Reliable transportation to 7am-3pm or 3pm-11pm shifts
