Responsibilities
- Pick and pack merchandise from warehouse shelves using scanners and RF guns with 99% accuracy.
- Inspect products for defects and ensure proper packaging to prevent damage during transit.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by following all OSHA safety protocols.
- Load and unload trucks, utilizing proper lifting techniques and material handling equipment.
- Process returns and prepare outbound shipments for major carriers.
- Assist in periodic inventory audits and stock replenishment.
- Adhere to strict deadlines to meet daily production goals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull items weighing up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to operate handheld scanning devices.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Reliable transportation to and from the San Diego facility.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on teamwork.
