Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment
- Perform cycle counts and inventory audits to maintain 99.8% accuracy
- Optimize warehouse layout to maximize storage capacity and workflow efficiency
- Adhere to OSHA safety standards and maintain clean, organized workstations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Process inbound shipments and verify receipt documentation
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Minimum 6 months warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- OSHA Forklift Certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory software
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
- Valid Texas Driver's License required for equipment operation
