Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners
- Load/unload freight trucks with pallet jacks/forklifts
- Maintain organized inventory counts and cycle counts
- Operate warehouse equipment safely (training provided)
- Adhere to OSHA and safety protocols
- Collaborate with team to meet daily productivity targets
- Assist with inventory audits and quality control
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Basic computer literacy (RF scanner training)
- Reliable transportation to Industrial Park location
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
- Willingness to work flexible hours (weekends as needed)
