Responsibilities
- Process incoming shipments and verify inventory accuracy
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks for material movement
- Pick, pack, and stage orders with 99.5% precision
- Maintain organized storage systems using WMS software
- Conduct daily cycle counts and report discrepancies
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and housekeeping standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for on-time delivery
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Basic computer literacy and data entry skills
- Valid state ID and reliable transportation
- Willingness to obtain forklift certification (training provided)
- Flexible availability including nights/weekends
- Pass background check and drug screen
- Previous warehouse experience preferred
