Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts safely and efficiently to move materials within warehouse and production areas
- Inspect equipment daily and report maintenance needs promptly
- Maintain accurate inventory documentation using warehouse management systems
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and company procedures
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and meet production targets
- Load/unload trucks and stage materials for efficient distribution
- Support general warehouse housekeeping and organization standards
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to pass pre-employment physical and drug screening
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and documentation
- Willingness to obtain forklift certification (training provided)
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs

- Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required
