Responsibilities
- Safely load/unload shipments using forklifts, pallet jacks, and power equipment
- Scan and track inventory using barcode systems and warehouse management software
- Maintain clean, organized storage areas and follow OSHA safety standards
- Prepare orders for shipment through accurate picking, packing, and labeling
- Conduct daily equipment checks and report maintenance needs
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow efficiency
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Valid state ID and reliable transportation
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
- Forklift certification preferred (training available)
