Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and process incoming shipments using RF scanners
- Pick and pack orders with precision and efficiency to meet daily targets
- Maintain organized inventory records and conduct regular cycle counts
- Operate material handling equipment (forklift, pallet jack) safely and responsibly
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize warehouse workflows
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and OSHA compliance standards
- Assist with loading/unloading trucks and staging outbound shipments
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification or ability to obtain within 30 days
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory systems
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
- Flexible availability to work overtime and weekends as needed
