Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts and material handling equipment to move inventory throughout the warehouse
- Inspect and perform basic maintenance checks on forklifts daily
- Follow strict safety protocols and OSHA guidelines at all times
- Assist with loading/unloading trucks and organizing palletized goods
- Maintain accurate inventory records and report discrepancies
- Collaborate with team members to optimize warehouse efficiency
- Participate in continuous safety training sessions
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Valid driver's license (preferred but not mandatory)
- Ability to pass background check and pre-employment drug screen
- Strong commitment to workplace safety standards
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Basic math skills for inventory counting
- No forklift experience necessary – training provided
