Responsibilities
- Accurately process incoming/outgoing shipments using RF scanners and WMS systems
- Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment
- Maintain organized inventory storage and implement FIFO protocols
- Perform quality control checks and document discrepancies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Adhere to OSHA safety standards and maintain clean work areas
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 6 months warehouse/forklift experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and data entry skills
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
