Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship customer orders using handheld scanners
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts with certification)
- Maintain inventory accuracy through systematic stock counting
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily targets
- Process returns and damaged goods according to procedures
- Uphold cleanliness and organization of workstations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Basic computer literacy and smartphone navigation
- Flexible availability including nights/weekends
- Valid government-issued photo ID
- Pass background check and drug screening
- 1+ years of warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Stamina for standing 8+ hours in climate-controlled environment
