Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners and WMS systems
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely in compliance with OSHA standards
- Perform inventory counts and cycle counting procedures
- Maintain clean, organized workspaces and follow 5S protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Adhere to all safety policies and report equipment issues immediately
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Forklift certification or ability to obtain within 30 days
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory systems
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand for 8+ hours
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
- Reliable transportation and ability to work flexible shifts
