Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners
- Operate warehouse equipment (forklift, pallet jack) with proper certification
- Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and audits
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and best practices
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily targets
- Perform quality control checks on outgoing shipments
- Assist in receiving and processing incoming inventory
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with mobile devices
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours in a warehouse setting
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screen
- Reliable transportation to South San Francisco location
