Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts and other material handling equipment to move goods within warehouse facilities
- Load/unload trucks and containers following safety protocols and efficiency standards
- Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with cycle counts
- Inspect equipment daily and report maintenance issues promptly
- Adhere to all OSHA and company safety regulations
- Collaborate with warehouse team to optimize workflow and productivity
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to obtain forklift certification (training provided)
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Basic math and communication skills
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Willingness to work flexible shifts including weekends
