Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and document incoming inventory using RF scanners
- Pick, pack, and stage orders for shipment with zero-error accuracy
- Maintain organized warehouse conditions through systematic stock rotation
- Operate powered industrial equipment (forklift/pallet jack) with OSHA certification
- Conduct daily cycle counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA compliance standards
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic math skills and familiarity with inventory systems
- Valid driver's license preferred for equipment operation
- Reliable transportation to 24/7 warehouse facility
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Team player with strong communication skills
