Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners and WMS systems
- Maintain accurate inventory counts through cycle counting and reconciliation
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) with OSHA compliance
- Inspect and sort incoming shipments for quality control and damage assessment
- Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work area
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow efficiency
- Utilize warehouse management systems to track and update inventory in real-time
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification or ability to obtain within 30 days
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory software
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards
- Flexible availability including weekend and overtime shifts
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid driver's license preferred
