Responsibilities
- Efficiently sort, pack, and ship products according to company standards and quality guidelines
- Operate warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) with proper safety protocols
- Manage inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records in WMS systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow and meet deadlines
- Inspect incoming/outgoing shipments for accuracy and damage
- Maintain clean, organized workspace to ensure OSHA compliance
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory software
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards
