Responsibilities
- Process incoming and outgoing shipments with precision and timeliness
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely
- Conduct accurate inventory counts and maintain organized stock areas
- Pick, pack, and stage orders according to specifications
- Adhere to all safety regulations and maintain clean workspaces
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
- Utilize warehouse management systems for tracking and reporting
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred but not required
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain through our training program)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
- Must be 18+ years old with reliable transportation
