Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment according to company standards.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records and perform regular stock counts.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure high-quality standards are met before shipping.
- Warehouse Maintenance: Keep the workspace clean, organized, and free of hazards.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not required; we provide training.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and detail-oriented work.
- Driver's License: Valid driver's license is required.
- Availability: Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and overtime as needed.
