Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport materials between storage areas, vehicles, and loading docks efficiently.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damage, accuracy, and quality control.
- Package, label, and prepare items for shipment using appropriate packaging materials and equipment.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by adhering to all OSHA safety regulations.
- Operate material handling equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and scanners.
- Assist in inventory management processes, including cycle counts and stock reconciliation.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanning devices.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Must be available to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Forklift certification is a plus but not required; we offer training.
