Responsibilities
- Perform daily picking, packing, and shipping of orders accurately and efficiently.
- Operate warehouse machinery such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and RF scanners.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to minimize hazards.
- Conduct inventory counts and update stock records in the system.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn warehouse management software.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced, temperature-controlled environment.
- Forklift certification is a plus but not required.
