Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment to ensure 100% customer satisfaction and on-time delivery.
- Machinery Operation: Safely and efficiently operate powered industrial equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, in accordance with safety protocols.
- Inventory Management: Conduct regular stock counts and maintain accurate inventory records using our Warehouse Management System (WMS).
- Quality Control: Inspect products for defects and ensure packaging meets safety standards before items leave the facility.
- Warehouse Maintenance: Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with OSHA safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not mandatory for the right candidates.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and adherence to standard operating procedures.
