Responsibilities
- Load and Unload: Safely load and unload trailers and trucks, ensuring cargo integrity.
- Inventory Management: Conduct accurate stock counts and manage inventory records.
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with high accuracy.
- Equipment Operation: Operate warehouse machinery, including forklifts and pallet jacks, following all safety protocols.
- Facility Maintenance: Keep the workspace clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to meet daily production goals.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is preferred; on-the-job training provided.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Schedule: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Skills: Basic computer literacy and strong attention to detail.
