Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and store incoming shipments in the warehouse inventory system.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment using standard warehouse equipment.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Conduct regular cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Load and unload trucks accurately, verifying quantities against packing slips.
- Assist in the organization of the warehouse layout and storage of goods.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required (we train).
- Ability to lift, push, and pull items weighing up to 50+ pounds repeatedly.
- Basic computer skills and the ability to learn warehouse management software.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions precisely.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production deadlines.
- Valid driver's license may be required depending on the specific role.
