Responsibilities
- Load and unload goods: Safely load and unload trucks and containers using proper equipment.
- Pick and pack orders: Accurately select and package products for shipment.
- Inventory management: Maintain accurate stock levels and assist in inventory counts.
- Equipment operation: Operate pallet jacks, forklifts, and other warehouse machinery (training provided).
- Quality control: Inspect products for damage and ensure packaging meets standards.
- Safety compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA regulations.
- Team collaboration: Communicate effectively with team members to meet daily production targets.
Qualifications
- No experience necessary: We provide on-the-job training for all new hires.
- Physical stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Weekend availability: Must be available to work Saturday and Sunday.
- Reliability: Must be punctual and possess a positive work ethic.
- Basic math skills: Comfortable with counting and scanning barcodes.
- Attention to detail: Ability to follow instructions precisely.
