Responsibilities
- Pick, Pack, and Ship: Accurately select, pack, and prepare merchandise for shipment according to company standards.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records by conducting regular stock checks and cycle counts.
- Material Handling: Operate pallet jacks, forklifts (if certified), and other material handling equipment safely.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage or defects before shipping and report any issues immediately.
- Forklift Operation: Move pallets and heavy loads efficiently using forklifts and reach trucks.
- Order Fulfillment: Process customer orders quickly and efficiently to meet daily shipping targets.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required; on-the-job training provided.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand/walk for long periods.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and safety protocols.
- Driver's License: Valid driver's license and clean driving record preferred.
