Job Summary:
As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a critical role in our supply chain operations. You will be responsible for ensuring our inventory is processed accurately and efficiently to meet customer demands.
Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move products to and from storage areas using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments to ensure accuracy and condition.
- Organize stock rooms, shelves, and inventory systems to maintain a safe and efficient workspace.
- Operate warehouse machinery and equipment following all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines.
- Assist in cycle counts and inventory audits to maintain data integrity.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
- Maintain a clean and orderly work area to prevent accidents and hazards.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing environment is preferred but not required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic math skills for scanning and inventory management.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Must be willing to work flexible hours, including overtime and weekends if needed.
