Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport freight safely using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Package and prepare products for shipment, ensuring accuracy and damage-free delivery.
- Conduct quality control checks to verify order accuracy and product condition.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Perform inventory counts and manage stock rotation efficiently.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production and shipping targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow safety protocols.
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
