Job Overview
As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in our supply chain operations. You will be responsible for ensuring accurate inventory management and timely order fulfillment. If you are physically fit and ready to work hard, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities
- Load and unload trucks using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Receive, inspect, and stock incoming merchandise accurately.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with high accuracy.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Operate warehouse management systems (WMS) to track inventory levels.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies.
- Assist in inventory audits and cycle counts as required.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- High school diploma or GED preferred (equivalent experience accepted).
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn warehouse software.
- Valid forklift certification is a plus but not required (training provided).
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
