Responsibilities
- Load and unload inbound and outbound freight trucks with speed and accuracy.
- Operate warehouse machinery, including forklifts and pallet jacks, in compliance with safety protocols.
- Scan and verify inventory using handheld scanners and WMS systems.
- Pack, label, and prepare orders for shipment to ensure damage-free delivery.
- Maintain a tidy, organized workspace and adhere to all OSHA safety standards.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity and quality targets.
- Assist in stock rotation and cycle counting as required.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift, push, and pull items weighing up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Valid forklift certification is a plus but not mandatory (training provided).
- Strong reliability and punctuality record.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn warehouse management software.
- Willingness to work rotating weekend shifts (Saturday/Sunday).
