Responsibilities
- Pick, Pack, and Ship: Accurately fulfill customer orders using warehouse management systems.
- Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, perform cycle counts, and ensure accurate record-keeping.
- Material Handling: Operate hand trucks, pallet jacks, and forklifts (training provided) to move goods safely.
- Quality Assurance: Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments to ensure they meet company standards.
- Site Maintenance: Keep the warehouse organized, clean, and compliant with safety regulations.
- Team Collaboration: Work effectively with supervisors and team members to meet daily production goals.
Qualifications
- Eligibility: Must be authorized to work in the United States.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Reliability: Must have a reliable method of transportation to work.
- Documentation: Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Communication: Basic English reading and speaking skills required for safety and instructions.
- Availability: Must be available for full-time shifts, including weekends if necessary.
