Responsibilities
- Load and unload trucks: Safely handle freight and inventory using proper lifting techniques and equipment.
- Inventory Management: Perform stock counts and ensure accurate organization of stock within the warehouse.
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders with speed and accuracy.
- Equipment Operation: Operate pallet jacks, forklifts (after certification), and hand trucks as required.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and company guidelines to maintain a hazard-free workplace.
- Quality Control: Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damage and ensure proper documentation.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with supervisors and team members to meet daily production targets.
Qualifications
- Eligibility: Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Physical Ability: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Availability: Must be available for full-time shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Background Check: Must pass a criminal background check and drug screening.
- Communication: Basic reading and writing skills to understand safety instructions and work orders.
- Driving: Valid driver's license is preferred but not required for all roles.
