Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and stage orders for shipment with high accuracy and speed.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and order pickers safely and efficiently.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and report discrepancies immediately.
- Ensure the warehouse floor remains clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations (OSHA).
- Load and unload trailers and trucks in a timely manner.
- Maintain a professional demeanor and collaborate effectively with team members.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move up to 50 lbs frequently throughout the shift.
- Basic computer skills and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Forklift certification (Class A/B/C) is a strong plus, but we will train the right candidates.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends if needed.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
