Responsibilities
- Efficiently receive, scan, and organize incoming shipments in our state-of-the-art facility
- Utilize RF scanners and WMS systems to maintain accurate inventory records
- Operate powered industrial equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and responsibly
- Pick, pack, and stage orders for timely shipment to distribution centers
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve inventory discrepancies
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and maintain clean workstations
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for operational efficiency
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Valid OSHA forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Proficient in RF scanning technology and basic computer systems
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Excellent communication skills and teamwork mentality
- Reliable transportation to our Miami facility
