Responsibilities
- Load and unload trucks utilizing forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Inspect incoming shipments for damage, accuracy, and completeness.
- Sort, pack, and wrap products securely for shipping.
- Organize stock in designated warehouse zones using the WMS (Warehouse Management System).
- Perform daily cycle counts and inventory accuracy checks.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and meet daily production targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred; experience is a plus but not required.
- Ability to lift, carry, and push up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer skills and ability to operate handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Valid forklift certification (if available, otherwise training provided).
