Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Operate pallet jacks, forklifts, and material handling equipment safely and efficiently
- Perform inventory counts and maintain organized storage areas
- Inspect products for quality compliance before shipping
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Adhere to OSHA safety standards and company protocols
- Assist in receiving shipments and processing inbound inventory
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Forklift certification or willingness to obtain one
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory software
- Valid driver's license with clean record (for equipment operation)
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screen
