Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and inventory incoming shipments
- Pick, pack, and stage orders for timely dispatchOperate forklifts and pallet jacks safely and efficiently
- Maintain clean, organized, and OSHA-compliant work areas
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity goals
- Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) for order tracking
- Assist in cycle counts and inventory reconciliation
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Basic computer literacy and data entry skills
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
- Pass background check and drug screening
