Responsibilities
- Manage incoming/outgoing shipments using RF scanners
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely
- Perform inventory counts and cycle checks
- Maintain organized storage areas and work zones
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on daily targets
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols
- Utilize WMS systems for order fulfillment
- Train new team members on standard procedures
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years warehouse experience preferred
- OSHA forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Basic computer literacy
- Strong attention to detail
- Flexible availability including weekends
- Valid Florida driver's license
