Responsibilities
- Efficiently sort, scan, and organize incoming inventory using RF scanners
- Pick and pack customer orders with 99.9% accuracy
- Operate electric pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided)
- Maintain clean, organized warehouse zones following OSHA standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily KPIs
- Conduct cycle counts and inventory reconciliation
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic math and computer literacy skills
- Valid driver's license preferred (not required)
- Reliable transportation to our 789 Industrial Park Drive location
- Ability to pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
- Previous warehouse experience a plus but not required
