Responsibilities
- Perform accurate picking, packing, and shipping of orders to ensure 100% customer satisfaction.
- Operate material handling equipment, including pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided upon hiring).
- Conduct regular inventory checks and maintain accurate stock levels in the warehouse.
- Ensure the warehouse is organized, clean, and fully compliant with OSHA safety regulations.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and deadlines efficiently.
- Unload trucks and verify incoming shipments for accuracy and damage.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer skills and ability to use handheld scanners and warehouse management systems.
- Strong attention to detail and exceptional time management skills.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Valid driver’s license is preferred but not always required.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
