Responsibilities
- Efficiently sort, pack, and ship products while maintaining accuracy in inventory counts
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely and responsibly
- Inspect and prepare items for shipment, ensuring compliance with quality standards
- Maintain clean and organized work areas following OSHA safety protocols
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and deadlines
- Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) for tracking and documentation
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months of warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain one
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory tracking systems
- Reliable transportation and punctuality for shift-based work
