Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts with certification)
- Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counting
- Follow OSHA safety protocols and housekeeping standards
- Load/unload trucks with teamwork and efficiency
- Assist with receiving and labeling incoming merchandise
- Collaborate with supervisors to optimize workflows
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Basic math and computer literacy
- Valid California Driver's License (preferred)
- Willingness to obtain forklift certification
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts (including weekends)
- Pass background check and drug screening
