Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Perform inventory counts and cycle counts to maintain accurate stock levels
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) with OSHA-certified training
- Maintain a clean, organized workspace following 5S methodology
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Adhere to safety protocols and regulatory compliance standards
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications a plus
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory software
- Valid driver's license preferred for equipment operation
