Responsibilities
- Unload, sort, and organize incoming shipments using pallet jacks and hand trucks
- Accurately pick and pack orders according to packing slips and inventory lists
- Maintain clean and safe work areas, adhering to OSHA guidelines
- Operate warehouse equipment (forklift certification training provided)
- Perform inventory counts and report discrepancies to supervisors
- Assist with loading and unloading trucks using proper lifting techniques
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity goals
Qualifications
- No prior warehouse experience necessary – comprehensive training provided
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours and lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Valid government-issued photo ID and reliable transportation
- Basic math skills for inventory tracking
- Willingness to work flexible shifts including early mornings
