Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) with OSHA certification
- Perform inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records in real-time
- Inspect products for quality compliance before shipment
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize warehouse operations
- Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized workspace
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for process efficiency
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience required
- Valid forklift certification (OSHA-certified preferred)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Proficiency with inventory management systems and RF scanners
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends if needed
- Basic math and computer literacy skills
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screening
