Responsibilities
- Accurately process and package inventory using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Operate electric pallet jacks and forklifts to move materials safely and efficiently
- Maintain clean, organized work areas and adhere to OSHA safety standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Conduct cycle counts and inventory audits to ensure stock accuracy
- Operate automated conveyor systems and sorting equipment
- Train new associates on warehouse protocols and equipment usage
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain upon hire
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Proficiency with basic warehouse technology (RF scanners, tablets)
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols
- Ability to work flexible shifts including early mornings and weekends
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
- High school diploma or equivalent required
